Since acquiring Mahers Coffee in 1991, John and Mary Mackey have grown the business from a small Cork retail shop into one of Ireland’s most respected independent roasters. What began as a local store selling freshly roasted beans soon expanded into a wholesale operation supplying restaurants, cafés and hospitality venues across Munster.
Today, Mahers Coffee continues to roast in Cork City, supporting artisan cafés, hotels, workplaces and foodservice partners throughout Ireland. Through Coffee Beans Ireland, our dedicated online store, customers nationwide can now enjoy the same freshly roasted beans delivered directly to their door.
