Mór Metate is our signature in-house blend, inspired by the traditional metate stones once used by ancient Mayan communities to grind coffee and cacao. The name reflects that heritage while celebrating the craftsmanship that still lives on in the coffee-growing regions of Colombia and Costa Rica today.
This blend brings together the depth of Colombian beans with the smooth, rounded sweetness of Costa Rican coffee. The result is a rich, full-bodied cup with a generous mouthfeel and a warm, satisfying finish — a bold, characterful coffee worthy of its name.
