Honduran coffee thrives in the country’s high, fertile landscapes, where cool mountain air and mineral-rich soil help produce beans with bright, clean character. Harvested between November and April, these high-grown coffees develop a denser bean and a more refined flavour thanks to the cooler temperatures at altitude.
In the cup, expect a lively mix of citrus notes—orange, lime, and gentle citric sweetness—balanced by a medium body and soft, rounded acidity. It’s a refreshing, easy-drinking coffee that showcases the natural vibrancy of Central American origins.
